Something so small enhances an entire meal, and proves once again that mass is irrelevant in most areas of life. There is indeed value in the seemingly insignificant garlic clove.

Hi Rebecca,
I found your blog when Leslie Pease tagged you. All your paintings are absolutely beautiful - and I love the statement this one makes! As an artist who also loves to cook, I can say that it's really hard to catch me without fresh garlic in the pantry.

I really identify with your statement under About Me in your profile. I, too, believe that being created in His image means that we all have that creative spark, whether or not we choose to nurture it.

I've bookmarked your blog so I can check in often ... I'm looking forward to more paintings!
